Take control of your life
Many of us struggle to create the life that we really want. We keep hitting walls despite our ‘willpower’ and conscious determination. However, when we have a conscious goal that is not supported by the subconscious, it can feel like we are stuck and that our goal is not attainable. Ingrained subconscious beliefs like I’m not worthy or I’m not good enough can prevent us from achieving the life that we really want.

Our subconscious beliefs are almost entirely formed by the time we are 7 years old; therefore any belief systems, behavioural patterns or potential traumas that we have adopted, experienced or repeatedly observed during these formative years will result in a filter and inform how we perceive our reality and how we move through life.
Beliefs are the thoughts in our head that influence our behaviour, attitude and actions. The beliefs that affect our lives are either Empowering Beliefs which enable us to lead flourishing lives or Self Limiting Beliefs that stop us from achieving our goals and where we live a life where we languish and flounder.
Limiting beliefs
Until you overcome your limiting beliefs it can often feel like you are endlessly treading in deep water, repeating the same patterns over and over again.
